These Terms and Conditions outline the policies regarding fee payments for courses, training programs, and other services offered by Sprachhaus Global. By enrolling in a program, students agree to the following terms:
1. Fee Structure
- The fee structure for each course or service is available on our pricing section and will be communicated clearly to the student prior to enrollment.
- The fees may include tuition, registration, examination fees, and other related charges as specified in the course details.
- All fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added to the final amount payable.
2. Payment Terms
- Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before the start of the course or service.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or any other method approved by Sprachhaus Global.
- A receipt will be provided for all payments made.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Sprachhaus Global reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation by the academy, students will receive a full refund of the course fee or an option to reschedule to a future batch.
6. Default on Payments
- Non-payment of fees by the due date may result in suspension of access to classes, exams, or certification.
- The academy reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid fees.
7. Institutional Disclaimer
- Sprachhaus Global is not a manpower recruitment company.
- We assist only with documentation and paperwork processes for international opportunities, for a reasonable service fee.
- We recruit through authorized partner companies in Germany. Students are advised to carefully read and follow the terms and policies of the respective partner company before beginning the recruitment or placement process.
8. Fee Revision
- Sprachhaus Global reserves the right to revise the fee structure for new enrollments.
- Any changes in fees will not affect students who have already enrolled and paid under a prior agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to fee payments will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to an independent arbitrator, and their decision will be binding.
10. Attendance Policy
- Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in each course or module.
- If a student's attendance falls below 75%, they will be required to retake that particular course at their own expense.
- Students with less than 75% attendance will not be permitted to proceed to the next course/module until the current one is completed successfully.
